Competitor landing pages

Study competitor landing pages side by side with an AI funnel analysis and a step-by-step funnel breakdown.

Landing pages are where competitor traffic actually converts — so they're as important to study as the ads themselves. The Landing Pages tab in the Spy Agent lets you study a competitor's funnels side by side, with an AI funnel analysis and a step-by-step breakdown of how they turn clicks into customers.

Where to find it

Open any competitor profile and select the Landing Pages tab. AdFactory detects the pages a competitor sends ad traffic to and lists them on the left, with a detailed preview on the right when you select one.

The split view

The page uses a list-and-preview layout:

  • Pages list (left). Every detected landing page, labeled by type — quiz, sales page, squeeze page, article, or standard landing — with how many active ads point to it.
  • Preview (right). A preview of the selected page with a desktop/mobile toggle, plus quick actions to copy the URL or open the live page in a new tab.

AI funnel analysis

Each page comes with an AI breakdown that explains why it converts, organized into clear cards:

  • Hook — the opening promise that pulls visitors in.
  • Value proposition and conversion mechanism — what's offered and how the page closes the sale.
  • Pain points addressed and CTA strategy — the objections it answers and how it drives action.
  • Why it works, Steal this, and Weakness — a candid read on the page's strengths and where it falls short.

These mirror the creative-level analysis you get on individual ads, so you can connect the message in the ad to the message on the page.

Step-by-step funnel breakdown

When a page is the start of a multi-step funnel, you'll see a Funnel steps carousel. Click through each step to see its title, the extracted copy, and the CTA used at that stage — a clear map of the full path from first click to conversion.

Turn it into production

Found a funnel worth modeling? You have two ways to act on it:

  1. Save it to your swipe file to keep it organized alongside your other competitor research.
  2. Create a task straight from the page so your team can build your own version — see creating a task from Spy. The landing URL travels with the task as a reference, and lands on your task board ready to brief.

Tips

  • Compare pages of the same type across competitors to spot the conversion patterns that repeat — those are usually the proven ones.
  • Pair landing-page research with competitor hooks to see how a brand's messaging stays consistent from ad to funnel.
